I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The decor and employees were top-notch, but my stay was marred by persistent noise from the elevator shaft, making it hard to sleep. On the other hand, the staff provided excellent service and the location was convenient for exploring local attractions. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again due to the noise issues, despite some positive aspects.

I was on the 19th floor with a view of the harbour, but the room felt a bit cramped for two adults and a toddler. It was generally clean, yet could definitely use some updates.
